WYSOCKI, Rosalie Ann - After 79 adventurous years, Rosalie passed away peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital on September 10, 2018.
Rosalie Ann Ranalli was born on February 7, 1939 in Hamilton, Ontario and grew up in a lively Italian community with the Ranalli and Rocchi families.
She attended high school at Notre Dame Academy in Waterdown, Ontario where she made life-long friends.
She met Alphonse (Al) Wysocki, they fell in love and were later blessed with two daughters.
Later she began working part-time in educational sales, simply wanting to help friends' children do better in school. What resulted was a huge network of other parents and grandparents who wanted to do the same.
Rosalie's enthusiastic "can do" attitude was infectious and she became sought after for inspirational speeches. She built a very fulfilling career in public speaking and motivational training inspiring people to achieve their full potential through goal setting and leadership development. She encouraged people to understand that "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail" and believe that "If it is to be, it is up to me".
Tens of thousands of people's lives were positively affected by Rosalie's speeches. Rosalie had a favourite saying on her wall: "Live, love, laugh"... and that is what she did! She was always surrounded with friends and family and enjoyed a very full life. She has touched so many people's lives that her legacy lives on in the little and big things we have all achieved as a result of her encouragement.
Rosalie leaves behind her youngest daughter, Karen and her husband Chris Graf and children William and Julia as well as her eldest daughter, Diane and her husband Andrew Idzior and children Alexandra and Justine. The family also asks that if anyone has a video of one of Rosalie's motivational talks, that they contact the family. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
Above all, she'd want everyone to remember: "Your attitude determines your altitude in life!".
