FALCIONI, Frances Lynn - It is with profound sadness that the family of Frances Lynn Falcioni (born Frances Lynn Gray on June 23, 1943) announces her passing on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the age of 75 years.
Despite a prolonged battle with dementia, Lynn was a warm, kind-hearted soul that brought so much laughter and happiness to everyone around.
She will be deeply missed but always with us, deep within our hearts.
Lynn will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Joe, her children, Deby and Greg and her siblings Barb, Leesa and Jim. Lynn will also be fondly remembered by her grandson Zack, her aunt Ella and the entire Kerr clan.
Please join us in a celebration of her life from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19th at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home, Ancaster. A funeral service in memory of Lynn will be held on Thursday, September 20th at 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
If you wish, a donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Canada in memory of Lynn can be made.
