TARI, Benedetta - With sadness, we announce the passing of Benedetta on September 19, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre at the age of 88.
Predeceased by her daughter Maria (Nazzareno Tesa), she leave behind her beloved husband of 66 years, Mario.
Cherished mother of Antoniette (Robert Arnold), Danny (Mary Loschiavo), Connie (Michael Kornhauser), and Dina (Hermie Nidea).
Proud nonna of Lori (Joe Mazza), Tina (Dwayne), David (Vanessa), Joey, Chiara (Matthew Hoang), Thalia, Jacob, Joshua, and Maya and great-grandmother to Dante and Gabby.
Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Toronto on Friday from 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Matthew’s Church, 706 Old Weston Rd., at Rogers Rd. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Thornhill, Ontario.
In memory of Benedetta, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
