STEFANCIC, Louise - Peacefully, in her 86th year at Dom Lipa Retirement Residence, Etobicoke, on Wednesday, September 19, 2018.
Dear wife of the late Joseph (1992).
Loving mother of Miryam (Ted Dziedzic), and John. Beloved grandmother (Mati) of William, Stephanie, Michael (Sarah), and Sarah.
Born in Bac, Slovenia, she will be sadly missed by her siblings Francis, Toncka, Frane, Ivanka and Nada; in Slovenia, Australia and the U.S.A., as well as many other family and friends. She is predeceased by her siblings Vida, Paulina, Ema, Edwina, and Drago.
The family wishes to thank all the staff at Dom Lipa for their care of Louise.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter 'Peel Chapel', 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Roman Catholic Church, 739 Brown’s Line, Etobicoke, on Monday, September 24th at 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Credit.
Remembrances made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Dom Lipa Retirement Residence, or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
