HORNIBLOW, Diane Marta (nee SNOW) and Gary Frank - Diane Marta Horniblow (nee Snow), 81 of Belwood, Ontario died of her injuries on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, after a single car crash which occurred September 15th near Cookstown.
Beloved wife for 59 years of Gary Horniblow (predeceased on September 17, 2018).
Cherished mother of Susanne (Bill) and Robert (Sharon). Sister of Sandra, Linda, Judy and Angie.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, their families and friends.
Memorial visitation, service and reception will all be held at Islington United Church, 25 Burnhamthorpe Rd., Etobicoke, on Tuesday, September 25th beginning at 10:00 a.m.
