DONATO, Edith Adelina - 1928 - 2018 On September 19, 2018, passed away peacefully with her family at her side in her 90th year at Chartwell Aurora Long Term Residence.
Beloved wife of 66 years to the late Antonino (Tony).
Cherished mother of Roseanne (the late Emilio Schietroma), Domenic (Irene), Anthony (Sandra) and Louie (Linda). Adored Nana of Kevin (Karen), Domenic (Stephanie), Leslie (Jonathan Paterson), Cristina, Vincent (Stefania) and Adam (Lisa).
Dearest great-grandmother of Cosentino and Colten. Survived by her sister Clara Adamo. Edith will forever be remembered by family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Rd. E., on Wednesday, September 26th, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the funeral home Chapel on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at 11:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
