Nagy CarolNAGY, Carol (nee McIntosh) - After a courageous battle, Carol (nee McIntosh), passed away peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital on September 18, 2018 with her daughters by her side. She was 77.

Carol was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on March 4, 1941 and moved to Scarborough in 1965. Carol was first married to George W. Peck of Scarborough. Beloved Wife of Julius (Gyula).

Loving Mom of Cathy (Stewart) Burns and Marcie (Craig) Johnson. Stepmom of Michael (Judy) and Steven (Nicky) Nagy.

Proud Gramma of Jamie, Rachel, Spencer, Isaac, Dani, Jessica, Joshua, Benjamin and Megan. Great Grandma to Madison, Ella and Kenneth. Carol has gone to join her loving parents Jim and Doreen, her Dear Sister Arlene Kolton, her Dear Brother Jim and Sister-in-law Becky McIntosh. She leaves behind her Loving Sister Marilyn and Brother-in-Law Charlie Coverdale, and Brother-in Law Bob Kolton.

She will be greatly missed by all of her nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.

Carol will be remembered for her kind spirit, love of music and her unwavering devotion to her daughters and grandchildren.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Oncology and Palliative Care Unit at Scarborough General Hospital.

Private Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Saturday, September 29th from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service there at 2:00 p.m.
