NEUPANE, Saraswata - (March 13, 1981 – September 19, 2018) -
Loving Wife of Shailenda and Mother of Prayag Chapagain, Saru lived her life with quiet determination, grace and compassio.
Born in Patchathara, Nepal, she completed high school and continued to earn a Bachelor degree and then a Masters at Tribhuvan University, Kathmundu. She taught at the secondary level in Patchathara. She shone as a Human Rights and community development worker, starting as a member of the Nepal student Union, then working at COCAP in Nepal. She continued her commitment to community in Canada at CMT.
Saru inspires us to live as she did: a life of love for her family and her community.
Visitation at Rosar-Morrison funeral home, 467 Sherbourne St., Toronto on September 24th from 12 - 2pm.
