Wiedemann UweWIEDEMANN, Uwe Wiedemann- It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Uwe on October 8, 2018 in his 68th year.

Beloved husband and best friend of Rose Marie, loving father to David (Sabrina), and the late Diane.

Step-father to Mark, Ashley (Lisa), and Joshua.

Proud ‘Grandpa’ to Dean and Wyatt, and poppa to William.

Uwe is survived by his brothers Michael (Mary), and Hans (Phyllis). Predeceased by his brother Peter (Helma).

Fun-loving uncle to Mike (Diana), Karen (Gareth), Jennifer (Alvaro), Martin, Michael (Jodi), Tom (Jennifer).

Son-in-law to Antionette and the late Vincent Cutrara. Brother-in-law to Constance (Larry), Joanne (Greg), and Michael (Lana).

Will be fondly remembered by all his extended nieces and nephews Adam, Alexa, Amber, Sophia, Alvaro Jr., Robert, Bradley, Taylor, Landon, Avery, Annelise, Miles, Kristen, Julia, Dylan, Justin, Luke and Austin.

The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Southlake Regional Health Centre, where Uwe received compassionate palliative care in his final days.

Uwe will be sadly missed by his many clients and friends that he valued during his 35 years in business at Wiedemann’s Car Sales and Service in Sharon/Queensville. He will be lovingly remembered by the many friends he made during his retirement years at the Briar’s Golf Club, and while snowbirding in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Friends and family are invited to visit at the M.W. Becker Funeral Home, Keswick, on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and Saturday October 13, 2018 from 10 to 11 a.m. A celebration of Uwe’s life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00am.

Memorial donations to the Southlake Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
