MATT, Joan Christina - It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Matt (nee Coward) on Friday, October 12, 2018, in Toronto, in her 86th year.
Joan was predeceased by her father Robert Coward in 1964, her mother Kathleen in 1986 and her husband David in 2004.
Cherished mother of Deborah and Kevin, Karen and Jody and Michael and Lita.
Adored Nana of Erin, Fiona, Damian, Katarina, Andrew and Aurora.
Friends may call at R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, on Wednesday, October 17th from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at Thornhill Lutheran Church (149 Bay Thorn Drive, Thornhill) on Thursday, October 18th at 11 a.m. Interment York Cemetery.
