YEE KEOW, Ivy (nee CHANG)   - Passed away peacefully with her family on Friday, October 19, 2018, aged 99.

Born in Guyana, and then went on to live in China, Hong Kong, Jamaica and Canada.

Mother to Barbara Taylor (David), doting grandmother to Danica Brokelman (Erik) and Catherine Dymond (Bryce), and great-grandmother to Lara, Evelyn, Cara and Diana.

She leaves behind brother Walter and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert, and siblings Harold, Kenneth, and Edith.

She will be remembered for her strength, humour and good food. After a long life, well-lived and a lengthy battle with Lewy Body Dementia, she can now rest. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Parkview Home in Stouffville for their care, compassion and support over the last four years.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at Highland Funeral Home, Markham. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, October 26, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Ave., Markham.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkview Home or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
