SILVESTRI, Vittorio - God called Vittorio peacefully on Thursday November 8, 2018 at the age of 86.
He is now reunited in heaven with is loving wife, Assunta and his brother, Livio.
Cherished by his dear children, Rina (John McErlain), Mirella (Glenn Wise) and Sandro (Shelly).
Proud Nonno to John (Jennifer), Ryan (Ava), Chantal (Nathan), Sarah, Alex (Andrew), Derek and Nicole. Adoring great-grandfather to Caydence, Kingsley, Athena and Emily.
Vittorio will always be remembered by his brother, Pietro.
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio funeral home, Woodbridge Chapel, (8101 Weston Rd.) on Sunday November 11, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday November 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, south of Centre St.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7).
If so desired, donations in memory of Vittorio may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
