Cousins BrianCOUSINS, Brian Henry  - Born March 26, 1943 - Died November 6, 2018

Brian grew up in East London, England during the Blitz, a very dangerous time for the family.

Brian worked as an apprentice at Ford Motor Co. UK where he became a pattern maker.

He immigrated to Canada and soon was working at Air Canada having a career that covered 27 years.

He and his first wife Slawka Panchuk raised 3 lovely sons in Toronto, where Brian was an involved father taking his boys to swimming, baseball, music, hockey and most of all soccer.

Brian loved soccer. He played goalie and was an avid Arsenal FC supporter.

Upon retirement in 2001 he moved to Northern Ontario where he enjoyed curling, golf, photography and canoeing in the Espanola area.

His favourite pastimes were camping, Bass and fly fishing as well as woodworking. He moved to Elliot Lake and later became VP of Quirke Senior Trailer Park and in 2007 he married Jutta Thaxter accepting her daughter and son as his own step-children. As a Grandfather Brian became involved at the pool, gymnastics, karate tournaments, hockey games and football games.

Brian was a devoted son to his mother Florence and father Henry, both predeceased; dear brother to sister Val (late husband Tony), wonderful husband to Jutta, Loving father to sons Evan (wife Jenna), Mark and Andrew. Brian was a caring step-dad to (the late) Julia (husband Anthony), Randy (wife Tina). Brian had adorable grandson Jacob and 5 amazing step-grandchildren Jessica, Shelly, Riley, Savanah and Keagan.

Brian was a loyal friend. His patience, calmness, humour, talents and loving ways will be missed by many.

Interment in Webbwood Protestant Cemetery will be held at a later date.

Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
