Shlesinger HannaSHLESINGER, Hanna (Botnik) - In her 93rd year, died on Sunday, November 11, 2018.

Mom to us and Mother to generations of children from Holy Blossom Temple and Hillcrest Progressive School. She will be remembered for her strength of character, her sense of humour, her love of family, her daredevil driving style and her cheesecake. Also for writing a $2 cheque to every charity she could name, and collecting ballpoint pens from the Publishers Clearing House.

But mostly for her love of kids - she was a role model and teacher for us all.

Special thanks to everyone at the Temmy Latner Centre and Living Life on the Avenue.

Heartfelt thanks to her wonderful team of caregivers: Delia, Josephine, Mae, Jackie, Rachel and Anna.

Mom, we will miss you for the rest of our days! Your loving family, Ellen Sluser (daughter Katie and granddaughter Sasha) Marcie Beyatte (son Stephen) Barb Moore (daughter Amy) Joseph Shlesinger and Samara Walbohm (daughter Solaia and sons Owen and Julian).

At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, Toronto for service on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interment Holy Blossom Temple section of Pardes Shalom Cemetery.
