MacNeil GusMacNEIL, Angus 'Gus' Rodrick - It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the MacNeil family announces the peaceful passing of Angus MacNeil at Tall Pines LTC in Brampton on Monday, November 12, 2018.

Gus was born on June 4, 1941 in Middle Cape, Nova Scotia to the late John Rodrick MacNeil and the late Theresa MacNeil.

Loving father of Robert MacNeil (Helen) and Maureen MacNeil. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Kevin and Kaitlin. Husband of Lois MacNeil (Barrington).

Survived by brothers: George (Katherine), Peter (Donna) and Pius (Debbie). Predeceased by brother Joe. Gus’s memory will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Many thanks are extended to the doctors, nurses and staff of Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre and the staff at Southbrook Lodge, Brampton, Ontario for their compassionate care and support.

Family and friends may gather at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre - 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton, on Saturday, November 17 from 11:00am-1:00pm. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home following the visitation at 1:00pm.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
