ARMITAGE, Dr. Donald 'Don'  -  Passed away peacefully on November 13th 2018 in London, Ontario at the age of 79.

Loving husband of the late Carolyn Armitage, beloved father of Susan (Ian), Julie (Dave) and Lori.

Proud Grandpa of Evan, Erica, Lindsay, Marielle, Joey, Emma and Sarah. Brother of Dr. Kathleen Armitage.

Don was proud to call Brampton home for most of his life. He practiced Cardiology for over 30 years at Peel Memorial Hospital and attended medical school at the University of Toronto. He was a member of Nu Sigma Nu Fraternity and part of the UNTD naval reserve. Don enjoyed many summers and family memories at his cottage in Bala, Muskoka. 

Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, Brampton, on Sunday November 18th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Mayfield United Church, 12496 Dixie Rd, Caledon on Monday, November 19th at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers please consider donations to Mayfield United Church or the Cardiac Care Unit of William Osler Health Centre.
