Predeceased by her partner Phil Harich and her parents Kuzma and Olga Fedyk.
Annie was a Registered Nurse for 35 years, retiring from Toronto East General Hospital in 2008.
Resting at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough. Visitation from 10 am to 12 pm on November 21st. Service at Noon with Reception to follow. A Private Burial will be held.
