EMILE, Ruth - Passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at the age 90 years.
Beloved wife of Clive Emile.
She will be greatly missed by numerous family and friends from Canada, US, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Ruth was born Ruth Louise Millicent Redhead Farnum in Trinidad & Tobago WI on July 4th, 1928. Ruth married the love of her life and best friend, Clive Emile on September 13th, 1952 in Curacao at the age of 24. Ruth and Clive moved to Trinidad, then to England and then to Toronto Canada and enjoyed 66 years of marriage.
Ruth had a deep commitment to her faith. She had a wonderful zest for life, enjoyed travel, music and dancing.
Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario, Mississauga, ON., on
Friday, November 23rd, from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Church
2340 Hurontario St., Mississauga, ON, on Saturday, November 24th, from 10am to 11am. Interment Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Mississauga.
The family would like to thank all of her caregivers during her hospitalisation. Especially those at the Trillium Health Centre and Credit Valley Hospital.
