CHAN, Sunny Sun Wah - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario.
Beloved husband of Pauline.
Loving father of Erwin (Valeda) and Jenny.
Caring grandfather of Cole and Nate.
Sunny will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his relatives and friends.
Friends may pay final respect to Sunny on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham, Ontario. Visitation will be from 2 - 3 pm. A Memorial Service will commence at 3 pm.
