Brown MillyBROWN, Milly  -  Peacefully passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at Caressant Care, Harriston, in her 98th year.

Mildred Eleanor Mary (Hoskin) Brown was the wife of the late William Harold "Hal" Brown.

Lovingly missed by her children Susan and Jim Zaryski of Harriston, and Gerald Brown and Suzanne Seguin of Coburg.

Great-Granny to Joshua Lewis and Madison and Molly Brown. Milly grew up in Toronto and was the only child of Arthur and Eleanor Hoskin.

It was at Vic that she met the handsome, athletic Hal Brown. They enjoyed sixty loving years of marriage until Hal's death in 2002.

Milly was an active member of Lawrence Park Community Church in Toronto, where she taught Sunday School for 50 years and played in the bell choir.

Milly loved animals, gardening, books, theatre, cheering on the Leafs and Blue Jays and time at her Minto farm. Especially important were her family and friends.

The funeral service will be held at Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston, on Wednesday, December 12th at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 noon until time of service. Rev. Kathy Morden officiating. Interment in, Toronto. The family is grateful for the devoted care Mom received in her last years at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Harriston.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Milly's memory to World Vision or a charity of one's choice.
