LAYCOCK, Christine Maragaret (nee WALSH) - November 3, 1940 - December 7, 2018
Christine passed away peacefully with her daughter Stephanie at her side and son Anthony nearby.
She is survived by Anthony (Robert Stickel) and Stephanie (Kathryn Kinnear).
Also survived by her siblings Michael Walsh (Brenda) of Leeds, UK and Christopher Walsh (Caroline) of Loughborough, UK.
Predeceased by her parents John and Marjorie Sara Walsh (nee Campkin), her son Christopher and her brother David Walsh.
Christine had a vibrant personality which enriched the lives of those she touched. Bright and energetic and blessed with natural beauty, style and grace.
She is now at peace joining her beloved son Christopher in eternity. We are thankful for the support and care of the staff at Kensington Gardens who cared for Christine with compassion and dignity.
The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 13th. A service will be held in the chapel on Friday, December 14th at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Kensington Gardens c/o Kensington Health Foundation (www.kensingtonhealth.org) would be appreciated.
