NAHORNIAK, Colleen Ruth (nee JOHNSTON) - Passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 6, 2018 in her 80th year with her husband and her children by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.
She will be extremely missed by her husband Jim of 61 years, daughter Lesley (Frank) and son Mark (Jennifer), grandchildren Chantelle (Jesse), Brittany (Josh) and Adam (Amanda) and great-grandchildren Grace and Isabelle.
Predeceased by her brothers Blair and Ken (Marlene) and sisters Linda (Blair) and Patricia (John).
Colleen brightened every room with her smile, humour and her love of life.
Special thanks to the staff at S.G.H (6th floor), the LHIN PSWs, Irene, Dr. J.J. Rosenberg and Debbie, for their wonderful care.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
A donation in memory of Colleen may be made to the Salvation Army or Covenant House.
