TOMASONE, Nicola - God called Nicola peacefully on December 16, 2018 at the age of 78.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Stella.
Cherished by his dear children, Louie (Evalina), Anna (Domenic Macera), Marisa (Mike Leone). Proud Nonno to Elisa (Jeff Gorniak), Michael (Jessica), Nicolas (Samantha), Liana (Roberto Pascucci), Alexandra, Christian, Francesca, Stella and Nicola and his step grandchildren Katrina and Jevon. Adoring great grandfather to Massimo, Luca, Adriano, Domenic and Matias.
Nicola will always be remembered by his brother Mario (Elisabetta) and by his sister in law Angelina.He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Monday December 17, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday December 18, 2018 from 2-5 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave., at Martin Grove Rd.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on hwy 27 south of Hwy 7).
If so desired, donations in memory of Nicola may be made to either the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre.
