CONFORTI, Francesca - Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on January 11, 2019 at Humber River Regional Hospital, at the age of 84.
Beloved wife of Francesco. Loving mother of Tony and his wife Nancy.
Proud Nonna of Francesca, Jessica and Anthony. Francesca will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, sisters, extended family and by all those who knew her.
Guests will be received at the Scott Funeral Home - Woodbridge Chapel on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 16th at 9:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 300 Ansley Grove, Woodbridge. Entombment Beechwood Cemetery.
Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
