STEVEN, Margaret Joan Anstey (nee CAMPBELL) - Joan passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 92 years of age.
She was the daughter of the late Ivan Campbell Steven and Margaret Elizabeth Jane Anstey Steven.
Joan was the wife of the late Jack Clifford Wilson and John Douglas Campbell, and loving mother of Timothy (Sharon), Rodney (Barbara), David (Debra) and Bradley.
She was the proud grandmother of Jeffery, Steven, Abby, Jessica, Dylan, Nicole and Kevin.
Joan was born May 16, 1926 in Montreal, Quebec where she attended the Trafalgar School for girls. She was an active volunteer at the Montreal General Hospital during the war before joining the Cockfield Brown advertising agency.
Joan raised her boys and worked at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Hospital. Some of her fondest memories are skiing in the Laurentian mountains and spending time at the cottage with family.
The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home, 1403 Bayview Avenue, for a Celebration of Life on Thursday, January 24th, from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m.
