Cecil Llewelyn Payne a.k.a. Spicey, was born in St. James, Barbados on December 15, 1939.
Son of the late Albertine and Cato Payne.
He was full of life, but God took him home on January 12, 2019.
Cecil leaves children, grandchildren, family and friends in Canada, England and Barbados.
Viewing held on Friday, February 1st, 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Scott Funeral Home, Toronto. Saturday, February 2nd, 10:00-10:45 a.m. viewing and 11:00 a.m. funeral service at St. Hugh and St. Edmund Anglican Church, 7314 Goreway Dr., Mississauga.
