MURRAY, Shirley June (nee GALLEY) - Passed away at St. Joseph's Health Centre on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the age of 90.
Wife of Neil (deceased 2007), mother to Bruce (Cindy-deceased), David and Nancy, Susan and Bob Hebert, and Wayne.
Nanny to Brad and Naomi, Bryan and Erin, Adam, Richard and Kylie, Dan and Holly. Great-grandmother to Brennan and Nolan. Sister to Leslie and Doreen (deceased) Galley, Ray and Heather Galley, Lorna and Orville Hardy (both deceased), Gwen and Barry Gimblett (both deceased). Friend to Hunter, Tyler and Maverick.
Visitation will be held at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. West, on Wednesday, February 20th, at 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will take place following the service at The Horner Avenue Seniors Centre located at 320 Horner Avenue (additional parking located at back of building, access thru adjacent industrial buildings).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society (alzheimer.ca) or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (heartandstroke.ca) are welcome.
