Kociuba LesKOCIUBA, Leszek - Passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Toronto at age 76 years.

Sadly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation will take place at Ridley Funeral Home, Toronto on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers will take place at 8:15 p.m. Private cremation to follow on Wednesday.

Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at St. Teresa's Catholic Church (Tenth St.) at 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to any of the following charities, Blind Sailing Canada or Trailblazers Tandem Cycling Club or The Toronto Ski Hawks, in Mr. Kociuba's memory would be appreciated by the family.
