CARUSO, Rina - God called Rina peacefully on February 17, 2019 at the age of 66. She is reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Andrea.
Cherished by her dear daughter, Loriana (John Romano). Proud Nonna to Adam and David.
Predeceased by her adoring parents, Giovanni and Giuseppina Filippi-Tome. Dearest daughter-in-law to Ignazia Caruso and the late Rosario. Loving sister-in-law to Carmelo, Rose, and Enrico. Beloved aunt to Cassandra, Carly (Kyam), Remy, Jessica, and Ross.
Rina will always be remembered for her love of nature which extended to her love of gardening, growing beautiful roses, a vibrant vegetable garden, taking care of injured animals, and her three special cats.
She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Tuesday February 19, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday February 20, 2019 at a time to be determined at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge Street, south of Hwy 7).
If so desired, donations in memory of Rina may be made to the Canadian Wildlife Federation, or the Toronto Humane Society.
