Marks DavidMARKS, David - Passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

Cherished husband of 54 years to Gayle (nee Hugill).

Proud father and father- in-law of David, and Jennifer and Tom Vesz.

Even more proud papa (El Moustacho) to Trevor and Matthew Vesz.

Loving brother-in-law and brother of Paula and the late Martin Marks and uncle to Shelley and Noreen.

Dear and loyal friend to many. ''Uncle Dave'' to a special few.

Dave was a Holocaust survivor who came to Canada with nothing and rose to be President and CEO of Morse Electrophonic in Montreal. He will be remembered for his work ethic, impeccable style and insightful (sometimes) sayings...''Money goes to money, sh*t goes to sh* t, Vive la France!''...''Well, my dears, that's the long and the short of it.'' Always in our hearts. We love you forever.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in the Beth Aaron section of Lambton Cemetery. Shiva 25 Earlington Ave., Toronto.

Memorial donations may be made to The Dave Marks Memorial Fund c/o Benjamin Foundation.
