HUGHES, Carolann Pearl - Carolann Hughes, age 75, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2019 at Scarborough General Hospital.
She was predeceased by her devoted partner John Clarke and her beloved son Stephen as well as her parents Eric and Pearl Lawrence, her brother Ron and sister Patricia.
“Kak” will be sadly missed by her sisters Ruth (Don Nelson) and Barbara (John Poulin) and her sister-in-law Marlene. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express our gratitude to her close friends who were there for Carolann over these last few years following the loss of John. A special thanks to the nurses and doctors at Scarborough General Hospital.

Family and friends may call at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON for visitation on Saturday, June 1st from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1st at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel, followed by interment at Pine Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
