Lee SheilaLEE, Sheila Florence (nee Cozens)  -  (August 25, 1927 to June 13, 2019)  -  It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of their Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. She was surrounded by her children: John (Anna), Geoffrey (Mary-Anne), Sarah (Michael), and Anthony (Rezelline). With her were her five Grandchildren: Veronica, Anthony (Cyndal), Jake, John, and Edward, as well as Great Grandson Jack.

She is preceded by her mother Dulcie Cozens, brother Norman, father Geoffrey, and husband Anthony (Tony) John Lee.

Sheila was born in Maidstone Kent, lived in Birmingham, and Harpenden. She met her husband, Anthony, in The Bristol Infirmary where they both worked, and after starting a family they immigrated to Sudbury, Ontario in 1956 and grew a larger family. Sheila was very involved with many activities in Sudbury. She was involved in the Museum and Arts Centre, Weavers Guild, Sudbury Philharmonic, Meals on Wheels. Sheila was a creative craftsperson and enjoyed knitting, sewing, quilting, gardening, cooking, was an avid reader and enjoyed travel and loved a good crossword puzzle. Her wit and knowledge will be missed by many.

Memorial visitation at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (Between Warden and Pharmacy), on Thursday, June 20, 2019, from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the world wildlife fund canada would be appreciated by the family.
