APRILE, Maria - (7 June, 1934 – 16 June, 2019)
Maria Aprile passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, June 16th, 2019, after celebrating her 85th birthday.
She rejoins her husband of 53 years, Tony; and her sister Gina (Andrea, predeceased) in Eternity.
Deeply missed by her children, Carmela (Nick), Ralph (Lucy), George (Dina), Steven (Maria); grandchildren, Robert (Megan), Tina, Elyse, Alexandra (Brian), Erica, Anthony, Andrew (Katrina), Julia, Luke, and Gabriel; great-grandchild Rae; sister Josie (Angelo); and many more family members and friends.
Maria will be forever remembered for her love and devotion for both her immediate and extended family.
Visitations for Maria will take place at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, on Thursday, June 20th from 2-4 p.m. and 5-9 p.m.
A funeral service will be held the following day, Friday, June 21st, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (Highland Creek), 200 Morrish Road, Scarborough, at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane, Toronto. A reception will be held following entombment at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church - Metropolitan Centre, 3840 Finch Avenue E., Toronto, Ontario.
