Hughes ShirleyHUGHES, Shirley Margaret - Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2020 with family by her side at home in Brampton at the age of 91.

Daughter of the late Albert and Sarah Loke.

Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Hughes. Loving mother of her late son Brian who is survived by Susan and to Brenda (Shayne).

Cherished grandmother of Christy (Colin), Charity (Brad), Sarah (Dave), Matthew, Rebecca (Mick), Melissa (Jeff), Kendall (Natalie) and the late Tyffani and great grandmother to 9 great grandchildren and predeceased twins.

Survived by her sister Marilyn and her sister in law Elaine and predeceased by her siblings Fin (Thelma), Albert (Helen), Betty (Jim), Bernice (Bob), Eleanor (Gord), Eunice (Frank) and Allen.

She will be missed for her generous heart and warm smile. She is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for over 45 years.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be private. Arrangements with Andrews funeral home, Brampton. Memorial Donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
