FERRANTE, Rocco - (April 14, 1966 - December 3, 2020) - After a long courageous battle with many hardships along the way, Rocco passed away peacefully on December 3, 2020 at Princess Margaret Hospital.
He will be deeply missed by his mother Domenica, his siblings Grace (Rocco), Anna, Nunzio, and Amy (Emanuel).
He will also be missed by his nieces and nephews, Adelina (Andy), Dominique (Rick), Melissa (Stefano), Victoria, Jonathan, Natasha, Angelica, and Frankie, and his great-niece and nephew Valentina and Giuseppe, and a large extended family and many friends.
Rocco rejoins his father, Gennaro, along with many beloved cousins, uncles, and his grandparents in eternity.
Despite his personal struggles, he had a kind heart and was a private and independent man. He was always devoted to his family and loved his mother very much.
Arrangements entrusted with Kane-Jerrett funeral home, Thornhill. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions in place, service will be held privately for family at this time. Condolences may be left via the funeral home website.
A memorial donation can be made in Rocco’s memory to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or CAMH Toronto.
