SILVERSTEIN, Jo-Ann - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jo-Ann Silverstein on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the age of 81, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Pre-deceased by her parents Rae and Arthur Hermann of Albany New York, and her brother Barney.
Loving mother to her late daughter Renee Roth, and sons Andy and Richard.
Devoted bubbie to her granddaughter Rachel and her grandson Sam.
She will be lovingly remembered by Marty Roth.
Throughout her tremendous career, Jo-Ann paved a path for so many. Jo-Ann was a pioneer in the radio industry and a trail blazer for women in business.
She had a fabulous sense of humour, constantly making people laugh, and was always there with unconditional love and support. We will miss her greatly.
A family graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
