KOMLOS, Ann Burton Hall - (July 4, 1929 Calgary, Alberta - January 4, 2021 Bolton, Ontario)
Our dear mother Ann passed away after a 24-year struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease.
She is survived by her daughter – Judith Ann Guaragna, Joe (son-in-law), Mark (grandson) and Daniel (grandson); and her son Philip John Komlos. Loving sister to John Cole (deceased) and Edith Cole (sister-in-law; deceased) and Aunt to Linda Cole Ziolkowski (niece) and Heather Cole Clark (niece).
Ann was an expert western horseback rider in Alberta in her childhood, 20s and 30s and a Calgary Stampede Princess in 1948. She worked for the Federal Government of Canada for 29 years as an executive assistant and was known for her kind spirit, eloquence and diplomacy.
She had a strong faith in God, and we rejoice that she is at peace in heaven with her Lord and Saviour Jesus. We have hope to see her again!
“Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, to have saved a wretch like me.”
