Colussi Eligio 2COLUSSI, Eligio - Eligio Colussi passed away peacefully on Thursday January 28th, 2021 at the age of 87.

Loving husband to Maria for 63 years and proud father to Walter (Lori), Roy (Nelly) and Vivian (Silvano).

Predeceased by brothers Novilio (Maria) and Agostino (Michelina) and survived by Adelchi, Fermino, and Anna Maria.

Dear grandfather to Christopher, Rachel, Nicole, Selina, Sabrina, Mark, and David.

Born in Casarsa, Italy, on March 18, 1933, Eligio immigrated to Toronto in 1951 where soon after he met his wife and began their beautiful life together.

Eligio was treasured by his friends and family, and will be fondly remembered for his love of gardening, dancing, playing cards and spending time with family.

Private Funeral Service will be held at Delmoro funeral home, Toronto. *Please DO NOT attend the service - due to the current lockdown, only the selected 9 family members will be present. A Public livestream of the service will be available via the funeral home website on February 2nd at 11:00 a.m. and will be available for replay 90 days after the service.

The family would like to thank Toronto Western Hospital and Humber River Hospital for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Toronto Western Hospital or Humber River Hospital.
