Alati FrankALATI, Frank - (1944 - 2021) - On the evening of February 5th, 2021, Frank’s soul reunited with God and his friends and family in heaven.

He is missed dearly by his loving wife and soulmate of 40 years, Maria Luiza (née Mezzone), his daughters Christina and Cassandra and the beloved family dog Charlie.

Frank was the youngest of 5 children. He was predeceased by his parents Luigi Alati and Speranza Di Cosmo, and his sisters Tina and Mary. He will be missed by his sisters Emily and Phyllis, sister-in-law Angie (Gianni) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbours, and former colleagues.

A longtime TTC Operator at the Wilson Division and former electrician, he will be remembered as a hard-working, kind, and helpful man.

Frank was an honest person, above all. He was reliable, dependable, and responsible. He loved his family and would do anything to help them and extended his caring and generous spirit to everyone. Frank was quiet, humble, and never wanted the spotlight on him, yet did so much to help others unconditionally.

Visitation will be held between 4 - 8pm at Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel, on Thursday February 11th, by appointment through RSVP on the funeral home website. Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
