Fiorino SantoFIORINO, Santo - Santo Fiorino passed away on February 4th, 2021 in his 98th year, in his home, surrounded by loved ones.

He is survived by his wife Rosina of 62 years of marriage, his five children; Lucy, Grace and her spouse Paul, Mena, Dominic and his spouse Margaret, and Ada and her spouse Mike, and his seven grandchildren; Anthony, David, Michael, Daniel, Dana, Jessica and Michael Jr., whom he loved, treasured, and adored tremendously.

He is also survived by his remaining siblings; Adelina, Iolanda, Annina, Luciano and Mario.

Santo was born in Dipignano, Italy on November 2, 1922, the eldest of nine siblings. He served in World War II, immigrated to Canada in 1951, returned to Italy to marry Rosina on February 23rd, 1958, before returning to Canada to start a life together.

Santo and Rosina lived a joyful and simple life, happy with all that they had and rich in love from the family they created together. He worked in construction as a cement finisher, which he took great pride in. Santo was passionate about his hobbies of making homemade wine, soppressata, and looked forward to every spring so that he could plant his vegetable garden.

He spent much of his free time playing solitaire, watching wrestling, and loved to play scopa with his grandchildren. He was a remarkable man who was loved and respected by all who knew him and his kindness, generosity, and strong-will were felt by all.

Husband, Dad, Nonno, Brother, you will be greatly missed and forever in our memories and hearts, but NEVER forgotten.

Funeral services will be held at Trull Funeral Home, Toronto on Friday at 12 noon, followed by entombment at Highland Memory Gardens.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions you can join the Service by Live Stream, from a link via Mr. Fiorino's memorial page on the funeral home website.

In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Alzheimer Society of Canada, via this link:  https://support.alzheimer.ca/site/Donation2?1760.donation=form1&df_id=1760&mfc_pref=T&s_locale=en_CA
