Weeks MelindaWEEKS, Melinda Anne - 64, passed away at home surrounded by family on February 7, 2021.

She was the oldest daughter of the late Sherman Weeks and Elizabeth Troke.

Melinda will be remembered for her strong perseverance, extraordinary strength and endearing personality.

She fought a long battle of cancer with such strength, alongside her strong will and trademark stubbornness that pushed her forth in life, until her passing.

She had a love for cooking and baking; enjoyed by all and gave many fond memories of her singing to her adored music from her dearly overplayed cassettes of Goofy Greats!

She is survived by her children Priscilla (Philip) Scott, Jennifer Quigley (Brian Abrams), Amanda Quigley, Albert Quigley, Candy Quigley (Ben Boutilier), Cecelia (Jason) Smith, Tommy MacPherson (Courtney Peckham), Willy MacPherson (Jennifer Donovan).

Grandchildren Alex, Phillip, Amy, Cody, Hayden, Austin, Amiyah, Richard, Michael, Matiya, Kaden, Makayla, Jaxon, AJ, Danila, Chloe, Drew, Lincoln, William, Christopher; great-grandchildren, Rayleigh, Everleigh, Athena, Luka; lifelong friend Audrey Burton. Melinda was predeceased by her son Gordon Quigley.

A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated and compassionate Palliative care team and VON nurses who cared for Melinda.
