SMITH, Sylvia (nee Robinson) - After a long full life, Sylvia May Smith, nee Robinson, died peacefully on February 7, 2021 at the age of 98.
She was born and raised in Grey County, on top of Blue Mountain, the youngest of 8 children to Colin and Anna Jane Robinson. After completing school, she worked for the war efforts as a Transportation Officer for the Red Cross Corps before moving to Toronto and having a life long career as a Credit Manager.
She was predeceased by her true love Alan, with whom she enjoyed 26 fabulous years of marriage and who shared her love for the theatre, classical music and books.
They realized a dream, they travelled to every continent on earth sharing this amazing and wonderful experience together.
She lived a long, happy, full life and witnessed incredible changes in her amazing lifetime.
Sylvia will be dearly missed by her family, many nieces and nephews and the friends she made over the years.
