DESANI, Pierina (Barbisan) - Peacefully passed away in her sleep at home on February 13th 2021, at the age of 83.
Pierina was born in Porcellengo, Italy on November 21, 1937. She immigrated to Canada at age 18 where she would go on to build a wonderful life with her husband Aldo Desani, who preceded her in death.
A loving mother, she is survived by her children Luigi Desani and Elisa Miller (husband John), Cherished grandmother of Marilyn (partner Tom), John, James (fiancée Lee-Ann) and Mark.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Lung Association.
