JENDRUCH, Jacek - Passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, March 13, 2021.
He was born November 6, 1965, in Lubawa, Poland.
He is survived by his wife Iwona, his sons Justin and Philip, and his mother Janina.
He will always be remembered as a devoted husband, a wonderful father, a loving son, and a loyal friend.
A visitation service will be held at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham on Tuesday, March 16th. His Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Poland Church on Wednesday, March 17th.
