HOFFMANN, Rita - It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my Mother Rita Hoffmann from a brain tumor at Sunnybrooke Palliative Care Unit, on March 15, 2021.
She would have been 89 years old and is survived by her son Mark, her family back in England and her Dewi Sant friends.
