LUDVIK, Anton - (June 13, 1940 - March 20, 2021) -
We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Anton Ludvik, our beloved “Tone” and “Ati”. Anton passed away at Mississauga Trillium Hospital due to complications from pneumonia.
He was a loving and devoted husband for more than 58 years to Silva.
He was the beloved father to Ana and partner David, Joan and husband Craig, Mary and husband Danny.
His grandchildren were his pride and joy and brought him great happiness. His granddaughters Sara, Jackie and Lauren will always remember that he called them his “lepe punce” (beautiful girls). His grandsons, Robert and Michael, were his “first boys”; they will always remember how Ati could fix anything.
There was nothing more important to Anton than his family. He was fiercely loyal, proud and generous. He was a doting father and grandfather and always wanted more for us than himself. He was humble and kind, strong and determined. He was smart and resilient.
He is remembered by his extended family and friends as a kind and gentle man. Anton will be sadly missed by his surviving family and friends. He leaves behind many other family members living in Ontario, Australia, Italy, USA and Slovenia.
Arrangements entrusted with Ridley funeral home, Etobicoke. Donations in Anton’s memory can be made to Dom Lipa.
