ACCARDI, Maria - (1940 - 2021) - It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of Maria.
She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 27th at North York General Hospital, following a visit from her loving husband, Rocco and adoring children, Antonietta, Joe and Gus.
Maria was a loving wife to Rocco, loving mother of Antonietta (Alfredo), Joe (Caroline) and Gus (Rebecca) and cherished Nonna to Nadia, Anthony, Luca, Chloe, Rocky, Brandon and Ella.
Maria will be fondly remembered by her family and friends for her vibrant personality and her love for fashion, jewelry, travel, dancing and Facebook.
Our family would like to send a heartfelt thanks to the nurses and doctors at North York General Hospital for the exceptional and heroic care they provided to her.
Due to restrictions, visitation will be restricted to invitation only.
There will be NO OPEN PUBLIC VISITATION.
Visitation will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
A chapel service will be held on Saturday, May 15th at 12:00 pm. It will be livestreamed from the website of Scott funeral home, Woodbridge chapel.
