Paul was one of the original owners of the Bo-Peep Restaurant with his father William and brothers Frank and Peter. He was the ultimate restauranteur and successfully opened many new locations over the years.

Finally opening his dream restaurant in Unionville: The Bluestone Bistro with his beloved and talented children.

We also wish to take this opportunity to thank the fabulous support workers who assisted in keeping dad at home, safe and very well cared for. Each and every one of you brightened his day and made him feel safe and comfortable.
