Fink UtaFINK, Uta Gertraud   -  Born: June 1, 1947 Our dear wife and mother, Uta, passed away peacefully, at home, as she wished, just after midnight, Monday, May 24, 2021.

Uta fought an extremely brave battle with cancer over the past 16 months with such strong will and love.

As a proud business owner, for over 37 years, Uta was truly gifted in the way that she could listen, relate to her clients, and make them feel so special.

She never slowed down. Growing up in Austria, Uta loved animals, but it was Canon, our Doberman rescue, who captured her heart, and she welcomed him into her home, rather than see him, unwanted, and put to sleep.

The love of Uta's life, and mine is our daughter, Jessika, who Uta would do anything for and Jessika the same. We are sure that Uta is looking down and will always care for her.

Uta will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Robert, and her daughter, Jessika. Also, her brother Udo Brier and his wife Andrea, in Munich, Germany. Also, grieving are Robert's sister, Ruth Nelson, her husband, Hugh, in Orangeville, their children, Pamela, (Simon), David, (Jennifer), Robert's brother Bruce Fink, in Ottawa, his wife Connie, his children, Sarah, (Christian), Jason, (Brandy), Michael, (Vanessa).

A very special thank you to Uta's girlfriends, primarily Anne-Marie, and Moira, and neighbours, Sharon, and Marlene, for bringing treats, and also healthy food, to keep her strong.

Uta had so many loving friends and clients internationally, it would be simply impossible, to name them all.

Thank you, to all the wonderful palliative staff, at L.H.I.N. (Thornhill) and Princess Margaret.

Donations in Uta's memory can be made to the charity of your choice, animal rescue or the SPCA.

A cremation has already taken place, and we will celebrate her beautiful spirit at a Celebration of Uta's Life later in the summer.
