Ranalli RoccoRANALLI, Rocco - Sadly, we announce the passing on July 3, 2021 of our beloved father, Rocco Ranalli.

Rocco was predeceased by 17 years by his wife and our mother, Pia Ranalli (Andreelli) and was nonno to his grandchildren Stephen, Sarah, Peter and Dante who he loved very much.

Rocco emigrated to Canada in the mid-50's after serving as 'Carabiniero' in his hometown in Italy and became a well know Real Estate Professional to the Ital-Canadian business community for almost 50 years.

Over that time he made many friends along the Dufferin corridor between St Clair and Wilson as well as an active member of the Fossacesia Club where he hosted many a dinner night.

He will be deeply missed.

In 2018, some 12 years after surviving a terrible bout of Legionnaires' Disease, Rocco made a sizeable donation to Sunnybrook's Centre for Infectious Diseases as appreciation for saving his life. His recovery from this was nothing short of miraculous and symbolized Rocco's tenacity for life.

Rocco is survived by his sister Maria and predeceased by his brother Tony and his sister Gina.

We would like to extend our thanks to Lucy and Josie, who have been Rocco's longtime caregivers and companions over the years.

Services will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Wed, Jul 7th and at St Charles Church on Thurs Jul 8th at 10 am.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Sunnybrook's Center for Infectious Diseases.
